We offer Mat & Reformer Pilates, Infrared heated classes, Barre, and a range of wellness events throughout the year.

Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move in. We provide mats and equipment, but you’re welcome to bring your own. A bottle of water is always a good idea and Grip socks are essential for safety and hygiene.

Not at all! Our classes are open to all levels. Beginners are welcome, and our instructors will help guide and modify movements as needed. If you do want a more personal approach, targetting your needs and goals we do suggest a 1:1 session.
